Job Summary

As a Help Desk Technician at Sealing Devices, you will play a vital role in the installation, support, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. You'll work under the guidance of the Network Administrator, providing exceptional help desk support to both onsite and remote users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
• Administer user accounts to ensure smooth access and functionality.
• Be the primary contact for all help desk requests, providing assistance to users.
• Manage company cell phones, handling support and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of end devices and Windows applications.
• Monitor and address desktop security issues that arise.

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, along with an Associate Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant job experience.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in basic PC setup and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of server/client architecture in a Microsoft-based environment.
• Familiarity with the repair and support of PC peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
• Networking concepts: A grasp of fundamental networking concepts, including IP Addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
