Supervision:
This role reports directly to the Service Manager at our Chesapeake, VA location.

No Prior Experience Required:
While having a background in pest management and sales is advantageous, we offer comprehensive training to guarantee success in this position. If you are diligent and excel in customer relations, we will provide you with the essential skills.

Role Objective:
Aims to promote new services and maintain current clients through inspections, estimates, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frequent customer engagement for issue resolution
  • Outdoor tasks requiring physical stamina
  • Capability to perform various duties such as liquid applications and data management
  • Flexible working hours during peak seasons

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to comprehend safety documentation and perform basic calculations
  • Must pass necessary examinations, maintain a clean driving record, and clear background and drug screenings

Professional Relationships:
This position receives training through Insight's online University Program and is supported by managerial and technical personnel.

Licensing/Certifications:
Candidates must hold or acquire the required licenses/certifications with assistance from company training.
