A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Each day, as a Maintenance Technician, you will arrive ready to ensure that our properties are well-maintained. You will efficiently handle and complete work orders and apartment turnovers. Your diverse skill set allows you to tackle various tasks, including appliance repairs, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and electrical work, as well as assisting with common areas and pool maintenance. In addition to repair tasks, you will conduct preventative maintenance to ensure everything operates smoothly. Your leadership skills will shine as you mentor others and foster their growth.
Throughout your shift, you will provide outstanding customer service to our residents. Each day will present a mix of routine tasks, occasional projects, and unexpected challenges, ensuring that your work remains engaging and fulfilling. Most importantly, you will take pride in the significant role you play in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting or similar
- CFC & HVAC certification is mandatory
- Training in plumbing and electrical systems
- Proficient knowledge and experience in general maintenance tasks (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
- Valid driver's license required
