Responsibilities include:

  • Incident management tracking and administrative follow-up
  • Developing expertise in Electronic Health Records systems and providing technical support
  • Providing administrative support to the Risk Management Committee and Quality Improvement Committee
  • Maintaining compliance and quality tracking systems
  • Participating in auditing activities and troubleshooting software databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of relevant management experience in residential programs
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and excellent communication skills
