Service Coordination Supervisor

BHIRED is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordination Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of service coordinators. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, particularly in handling escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of service coordinators to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members to discuss progress and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and service metrics.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in healthcare or homecare.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $75k - $90k/Year
