Responsibilities:- Balancing daily accounts from day shift to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Handling customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards
