Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Vergara Miller Law Firm. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the executive team and contribute to the firm's mission to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of immigrant families.

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft and send correspondence, and maintain confidential files.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute action items.
  • Liaise with household staff, manage household supplies, and handle maintenance or repair needs.
  • Assist with planning and organizing family events, vacations, and social gatherings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software.
