Physician Strategy Consultant

We're seeking a Physician Strategy Manager to join our team at the University of California. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in developing initiatives to drive engagement across our product line, including our telehealth platform, AI tools, scheduling software, and news offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute physician-facing educational programs and campaigns to foster engagement with our suite of workflow and career tools.
- Serve as an internal consultant on product decisions, physician messaging, and interpretation of user engagement and survey data.
- Liaise with our physician users on an individual and community basis, through informal feedback calls, engagement with our fellowship programs, and participation in specialty conferences and annual physician advisory events.
- Partner with the executive team and product leads to design "physician first" features.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics, and creative to support our growth goals.
- A physician with a strong understanding of the complexities of the healthcare system and ideally 1+ years of residency training.
- Someone who brings empathy and a growth mindset, and is excited to enter the world of business strategy and marketing.
- Familiarity with our products and physician-facing tech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- A self-starter who can operate with a high degree of independence.
- Comfortable working closely with and managing dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- A competitive total compensation range of $136,250–$190,250 (inclusive of salary + equity).
