We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Change Strategy Consultant to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving engagement, enablement, and digital adoption across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Assess and analyze programs to drive awareness, understanding, acceptance, and adoption of new initiatives, including the use of in-app guidance solutions.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop compelling communication materials and contextual guidance within tools to meet collaborators where they are, including slideware, intranet pages, newsletters, emails, and other digital channels.
- Lead and Support Others: Serve as a Digital Adoption Lead, evolving and driving the WalkMe strategy to support and scale right-sized and right-timed guidance in the flow-of-work to DocuSign employees.
- Analyze and Report Data: Analyze data related to the use of the in-system enablement solution (WalkMe) against various key performance indicators (KPIs) and report out quarterly on results and next steps.
- Partner with Business Owners: Partner with business owners to measure and report out adoption, business, and user sentiment success metrics on a regular cadence to stakeholder audiences, in partnership with Transformation Office leadership.
- Validate and Establish Acceptance Criteria: Validate and establish acceptance criteria for program adoption materials and tutorials for final approval and sign-off.
- Create and Implement Quality Communications Plans: Create and implement quality communications plans, including feedback strategies, executive briefings, and pulse-type communications when necessary.
- 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of hands-on organizational change management experience with large enterprise programs.
- 2+ Years of Digital Adoption Experience: 2+ years of digital adoption development experience (i.e. WalkMe, SFDC In-app guidance, Oracle guided learning, etc.) and communications development to enable large scale transformation across varied audiences, technologies, and processes.
- Experience Defining Success: Experience defining success and using data to measure impact and adoption.
- Experience Operationalizing Communications: Experience operationalizing communications for rhythmic/recurring communication channels while maintaining and tracking engagement (reach, resonance, relevance).
- Experience Creating Change Networks: Experience creating and operationalizing change networks, communities of super users, etc. to gain insights and drive adoption throughout the enterprise.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage collaborators across the organization, drive consensus, and build trusted-advisor relationships.
- WalkMe Certified Builder: WalkMe Certified Builder for digital adoption.
- Change Management Methodology: Change management methodology or certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, other).
- Strong Salesforce Navigation: Strong and demonstrated Salesforce (SFDC) navigation and reporting experience.
- Understanding of Enterprise Sales: Understanding and experience providing support and business readiness planning for enterprise sales audiences.
- Impact Player: An impact player with a track record of converting ideas to impact, spotting and acting upon opportunities especially in times of change or setback.
- Strong Teamwork and Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Natural Problem-Solver: Natural problem-solver with proven experience managing multiple unique programs, projects, and partner groups.
