About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at G-III LEATHER FASHIONS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets, staying aware of sales-to-goal status and striving to achieve company sales expectations.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a strong customer focus, consistently providing quality customer service and promoting a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
  • Ring Customer Transactions: Accurately ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience and a High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Interpersonal and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
  • Language Skills: Preference given to candidates that can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
