We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at G-III LEATHER FASHIONS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Meet Sales Goals: Consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations and meet personal sales goals.
- Provide Quality Customer Service: Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service, promoting a positive customer experience.
- Ring Transactions and Perform Register Functions: Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- Interpersonal and Verbal Communication Skills: Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
- Language Skills: Preference given to candidates that can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
- Competitive Salary: The pay range for this position is: $14.20 to $17.00 per hour.
- Excellent Benefits: Competitive salary and excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, life, disability, and more.
