Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new leads through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major retail players
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software services
- Collaborate with our pre-sales engineering team to provide technical support and solutions
- Work closely with our support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist with marketing efforts through customer success stories and testimonials
- 3+ years of sales experience selling software services
- Four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and travel to client sites
- Experience with CRM and account management systems
We offer a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary of $50-60K and additional commission of up to $30K. We also provide training and sales technique support, as well as a generous benefits package and a great work environment.
