About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by Store Management Team, consistently delivering strong sales performance and building a loyal clientele.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers by identifying needs, relaying product information, and providing prompt assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Relationship Building: Develop new relationships while maintaining existing clientele, fostering a strong sense of community and loyalty among our customers.
  • Clientele Development: Maintain and continually develop a personal clientele book by regularly communicating and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Merchandising and Store Operations: Actively participate in merchandising projects, including daily stock maintenance, floor changeovers, product transfers, and other store initiatives to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist store management and staff with driving store initiatives, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Loss Prevention: Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Professional Appearance and Conduct: Demonstrate a professional appearance and conduct, upholding the brand style and dress code at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork, excellent brand and product knowledge, flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise, and knowledge of POS and basic Microsoft Office skills.
Compensation and Benefits

At Centric Brands Inc., we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly range of $15.50-$22.00, commission earnings, bonus, and other sponsored benefit programs. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
