Job Overview

World Insurance Associates, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client relationships to grow loyalty and retention
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and underwriting guidelines
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-7 years minimum Personal Lines Account Management experience
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience
  • Able to work independently and interact with team members
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion with sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
