We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership guests and vendors.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage the front desk, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Support team members with additional tasks as required, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Provide clients with detailed information on pricing, financing options, and after-sales services, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers).
