About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at IBEX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance coverage, claims, and benefits.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about their insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Document Interactions: Thoroughly document all customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
