**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions for our products. Your expertise will help us to create products that are not only functional but also safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing.

**Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for our products, applying sound design principles and CAD practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD models, engineering drawings, and production release documentation.
  • Work closely with our production engineering team in China to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and concepts, and participate in the evaluation and selection of new product opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • Highly proficient in SolidWorks and other CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret data and solve complex problems with simple solutions.
