We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at POWER Engineers. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of structural systems for various industrial and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of structural systems for industrial and manufacturing projects, including the design of industrial equipment supports, steel pipe rack design, and access platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that structural designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in structural engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our designs and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on industrial and manufacturing projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software, including Autodesk Revit and RISA 3D.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and finite element analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Navisworks and Revit.
  • Deep foundation design experience.
