About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Traffic Engineer to join our team at Stonebrooke Engineering. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of transportation projects, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement traffic analysis and modeling techniques to optimize transportation systems
  • Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic signal design and timing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and quality
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government agencies and the public
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in traffic engineering
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in traffic engineering, with a focus on transportation project management
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Minnesota, with certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE)
