Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial duties.
  • Operate a pressure washer and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a maintenance technician role or 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and flooring installation.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
