Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with various manufacturing teams to ensure that components and tools align with process standards.
  • Perform visual inspections to uphold exceptional product quality.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols established by the company’s Safety and LOTO programs.
  • Identify and rectify safety risks and unsafe practices to maintain a secure workplace.
  • Inform the department team leader of any issues related to equipment, operations, or materials.
  • Effectively execute any assigned related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • General proficiency in using computers and software applications.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Capacity to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Safety-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of independent work.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
