HR Generalist/Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist/Office Manager to join our team at Absolute Debt Relief. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in managing our daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and terminations.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and answer benefit-related queries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives.
- General Office Tasks: Assist with general office tasks, such as answering incoming calls, forwarding calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role.
- Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Spanish-speaking is required.
