Key Responsibilities:
• Execute tasks outlined in maintenance and repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a team to maximize repair efficiency.
• Accurately document and detail repairs.
• Maintain and inspect shop equipment.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning, to specifications.
• Communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs in an easily understandable manner to service advisors and customers.
• Inspect and evaluate new vehicles, documenting findings for necessary repairs.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies and techniques for various vehicle models.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an automotive technician is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Familiarity with shop equipment such as wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and AC equipment is beneficial.
• Vocational/Technical certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to:
• Sit, stand, and walk
• Use hands and arms for handling, feeling, or reaching
• Communicate verbally and audibly
• Utilize close vision abilities
• Operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license

Occasionally required to:
• Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
