Job Overview

Position Summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Service Technician to support our operations by maintaining and servicing our water treatment systems.

Daily Responsibilities

The Senior Service Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced water purification systems, utilizing a company vehicle for travel to various client locations. Comprehensive training specific to our equipment will be provided. While we are open to training motivated candidates, prior experience in technical, mechanical, or plumbing fields is highly valued.

This role typically follows standard daytime hours, with opportunities for overtime and a compensated on-call schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant technical experience, particularly in industrial or commercial water processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with smart devices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Aptitude for identifying and addressing safety concerns
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and physical assessments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Travel Requirements: Expect 50% or more daily travel.
