Role Summary:
As an Automotive Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the main liaison for our clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring an exceptional customer journey, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and addressing all customer inquiries effectively. Your contribution is vital in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Welcome customers and evaluate their automotive service requirements.
- Offer comprehensive explanations of necessary or suggested services.
- Draft precise and detailed repair orders along with cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to guarantee prompt service completion.
- Keep clients updated on their vehicle's progress and any adjustments in pricing or timelines.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages when suitable.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service reminders.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service, sales, or customer relations.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in automotive service software and other computer applications (experience with Tekmetric is advantageous).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
