YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Welcome guests and provide assistance and guidance in utilizing the Spa facilities.
  • Process transactions for Spa services and retail purchases accurately.
  • Assist guests in the relaxation area, ensuring their comfort.
  • Keep Spa facilities in pristine and inviting condition.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels for Spa supplies.
  • Schedule appointments for Spa and salon services efficiently.
  • Report any safety concerns to your supervisor promptly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality in all company matters.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a cash handling role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; fluency in English is necessary.
  • Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems, are required.
  • Knowledge of fitness, exercise equipment, and spa services is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate the work area efficiently to assist guests with equipment usage.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
