About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Stafford Gray. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our recruitment efforts and implementing new solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud to support recruitment processes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to recruiters on best practices in recruitment and selection procedures
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute senior-level hiring plans
  • Design and implement custom reporting and analytics to measure recruitment trends and activities
  • Partner with HR operations and IT to ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and the organization
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition processes and candidate life cycle
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting and core HCM, or similar product
  • Advanced skill level in Excel
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
