Position Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, you will take charge of formulating and implementing talent acquisition strategies that are in sync with our global business goals. This crucial position allows you to lead a team of adept talent acquisition specialists and contribute to a vibrant Center of Excellence. Your efforts will significantly influence our organization's capacity to attract and retain top-tier talent, cultivating a workforce that is diverse, innovative, and well-prepared to tackle the challenges of a global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to analyze current and future talent landscapes, pinpointing talent shortages and devising effective strategies to address them.
  • Steer the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it aligns with global business objectives and establishing a roadmap for ongoing talent pipeline development.
  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to guide talent acquisition strategies and meet hiring targets within specific business sectors.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on succession planning, talent evaluations, and assessments to identify talent gaps and future requirements, strategizing to ensure robust talent pipelines.
  • Work alongside Centers of Excellence such as Talent Analytics and Insights, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to drive the execution of key initiatives.

Enhance and Innovate the Talent Acquisition Function

  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and legal regulations.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
  • Innovate and integrate recruitment processes that improve the candidate experience and reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in recruitment technology to continuously refine our talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage special talent acquisition projects as necessary.

Diversify and Develop Our Team/Company

  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding these principles into every aspect of the talent acquisition process.
  • Encourage the adoption and utilization of state-of-the-art talent acquisition technology, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of recruitment innovation.
  • Oversee a team of recruiters with a focus on professional development and retention, coaching on effective communication with hiring managers, candidate relationship building, and proper recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals, including performance monitoring through data, metrics, process enhancement, and strategy execution.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies and advanced recruitment tools.
  • Experience in a matrix-centric environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaboration in a multi-business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand various business areas.
  • Proven success in sourcing and attracting top diverse talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OFCCP compliance.
  • Strong enthusiasm for leveraging social media and digital channels for recruitment.
  • Outstanding integrity and a proactive approach to driving strategic business decisions.
  • Prior experience in project management and leading significant talent acquisition initiatives.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for developing global talent acquisition frameworks.
  • A history of creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.

  • An analytical approach to decision-making, supported by a deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics.
