Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team by implementing effective hiring strategies through relationship management, process optimization, and market insights to enhance search strategies. This position is crucial for maintaining service excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the complete recruitment process and strategies for all corporate roles.
- Collaborates with various teams to design and develop sourcing strategies.
- Employs diverse recruitment techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Manages a range of sourcing methods, including online job platforms, social media, networking, advertising, outreach initiatives, and referrals.
- Continuously builds a talent pipeline by sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future organizational needs.
- Participates in networking events to establish connections and source new talent, including career fairs and professional conferences.
- Conducts initial screenings, presents candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews, and supports all parties during the selection process.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting with any candidate needs.
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with hiring managers by scheduling regular meetings, discussing recruitment strategies, and providing updates.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory aspects of the recruitment process in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Cultivates relationships with industry contacts to gain insights, referrals, and leads.
- Identifies and implements improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and effectively manages competing priorities.
- Stays informed on the latest industry trends and talent acquisition tools, sharing best practices with the recruitment team.
- Analyzes and interprets business publications, professional journals, and regulatory guidelines.
- Thinks strategically and acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
Submission Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - REQUIRED
- 2 years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience - REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience across various roles - REQUIRED
- Experience working with executive leadership - REQUIRED
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively - REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft and other software applications, including technology-based recruiting solutions - REQUIRED
- Dialysis recruiting experience - Preferred
- Strong experience with Phenom - Preferred
