Job Summary:

The Senior Customer Support/Account Representative will handle incoming phone calls related to service inquiries for Client's accounts.

This role requires a professional, client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming service inquiries from clients regarding various account-related issues.
  • Provide functional support for Client's Cash Management products, online platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in responding to client calls.
  • Maintain and meet department performance metrics consistently.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and multi-task in a busy financial services center.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to change.
  • Proven track record of professionalism and commitment to delivering world-class client service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment, particularly within financial services.
