Job Summary

The Smyrna Campus Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations and establish effective interpersonal working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and others.
  • Coordinate business functions with Nissan and serve as their primary liaison to enhance our partnership.
  • Assist with COE accreditation activities and maintain accurate records related to student enrollment, attendance, and program outcomes.
  • Manage site resources, including facilities, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate maintenance needs with the maintenance supervisor.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote programs and opportunities for students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in an educational setting with significant decision-making responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated abilities in leadership, human relations, and communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Classroom experience and/or appropriate administration experience in delivery of workforce education and training.
  • Evidence of successful administration experience with decision-making/supervisory responsibility in an educational environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of network systems and Banner system.
