About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Santa Barbara Auto Group. As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a world-class experience at every opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with multiple department managers to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
