Regional Nurse - Nursing Home

RAM Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional to lead our nursing home facilities as the Regional Nurse. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of residents and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for clinical operations across multiple nursing home facilities, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to enhance resident care and outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred) and a current, unrestricted RN license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in healthcare leadership roles, with a proven track record in clinical management and staff development.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing home regulations, quality improvement initiatives, and healthcare best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
