Job Summary

Aventura Health Group, a leading provider of senior care services, is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to fill the role of Regional Director of Operations. This key position will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional resident-centered services across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Support: Provide strategic guidance and support to Executive Directors in each facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of assigned regions, including operating margin, census goals, budgeted revenue, and expense goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standardized operating policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across facilities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the company's competitive advantage in the senior living services market.
  • Talent Development: Train, evaluate, and develop Executive Directors, promoting career growth and succession planning within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Demonstrated success in senior housing or healthcare operations, with a minimum of three years of operational leadership experience in a multi-site provider.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation, and interaction with others.
