About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Center Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Plasma Donation Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the center, including managing employee performance, inventory control, and operational efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling
  • Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns
  • Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
  • Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
  • Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required
