Job Description:

At ValorVIP, we're seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Expert to join our team. As an Inbound Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer disputes, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen attentively to customers' needs and resolve issues promptly. You will be responsible for researching systems to find missing information, coordinating with other departments to resolve complex issues, and following established processes and procedures.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Follow established processes and procedures.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
  • FOLLOW ALL REQUIRED SCRIPTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions.
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.
  • Appropriately escalate customer issues with the managerial team.
  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling.
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.

Qualifications:
  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH DATA-ENTRY UTILIZING A COMPUTER.
  • THE ABILITY TO READ AND SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
  • EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL, WRITTEN, AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD, OUTLOOK).
  • FAMILIARITY WITH COMPUTER AND WINDOWS PC APPLICATIONS.
  • HIGHERLY RELIABLE WITH THE ABILITY TO MAINTAIN REGULAR ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY.
  • A TEAM ORIENTATION AND CUSTOMER FOCUS.
  • STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
