Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ED Patient Registration Representative to join our team. As a liaison to patients, the community, and healthcare professionals, this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure delivery of the highest quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform administrative duties required for patient registration, including entering demographic and insurance information and collecting copays.
• Greet patients and families upon arrival and provide unsurpassed customer service to patients presenting to the emergency department with medical emergencies, including cardiac complaints, stroke symptoms, traumas, and other emergencies.
• Work closely with clinical staff to help patients receive care as efficiently as possible.

Requirements:
• 1 Year of experience in healthcare registration required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Not applicable for licensure/certification requirements.

Work Schedule:
• Every other Saturday and Sunday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.
• Weekend requirements: every other weekend.
• Call requirements: yes.
