Job Description

As a Property Manager at Public Storage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities. Your primary goal will be to assess customer storage needs and make suggestions to meet those needs, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
  • Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when necessary
  • Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations
  • Previous experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
