We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer. As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our team in achieving our mission to provide affordable housing and community development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring we are aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure diverse revenue streams and ensure the financial sustainability of our organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, government officials, and community leaders.
  • Oversee the implementation of our strategic plan, ensuring we are making progress towards our goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Board of Directors to ensure they are informed and engaged in our work.
Requirements
  • 15 years of executive management and leadership experience in affordable housing, real estate development, and community development.
  • Proven track record of fundraising and securing diverse revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a Board of Directors and leading a diverse team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $195,000 - $240,000, a robust benefits package, and a generous allotment of paid holiday and personal/vacation time. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
