We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at Covenant Living. As a key member of our skilled nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the orientation of new LPN/LVNs and nursing assistants, ensuring a high standard of nursing care and satisfactory completion of tasks.
  • Provide direct patient care, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, suction, dressings, naso-gastric tubes, and other treatments.
  • Communicate regularly with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations, suggestions, and problem areas.
  • Observe and evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional conditions, and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.
  • Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.
  • One year nursing experience.
  • Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
