Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health, Full-Time, Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Covenant Living Communities. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist with the orientation of new residents and provide education on our community's services and policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in report at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure proper information about residents is communicated.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical nursing.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
