Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Assist with the orientation of new residents and provide education on our community's services and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in report at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure proper information about residents is communicated.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical nursing.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.
