Job Title: Associate Chaplain

Covenant Living is seeking a compassionate and spiritually grounded Associate Chaplain to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will provide spiritual care and support to our residents, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clergy and community leaders.
  • Coordinate and lead spiritual gatherings, worship services, and memorial services.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to residents, staff, and families in times of need.
  • Collaborate with the community to develop and implement spiritual programs and initiatives.
  • Participate in and lead committees and teams to advance the spiritual life of the community.
Requirements:
  • Ordination by the Evangelical Covenant Church or equivalent.
  • Masters of Divinity or Master of Arts in Theology or Chaplain Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience in congregational ministry, hospital chaplaincy, missions, or para-church ministry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
