Job Title: Caregiver | HCA/CNA Mon & Fri 11am - 5:30pmJob Description:

At Right at Home Seattle/Eastside, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and conversation to our clients with dementia.
  • Assist with activities, mobility, and transfers to ensure our clients' safety and comfort.
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Remind clients to take their medication as prescribed.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments or errands.
  • Document and report on clients' conditions and updates.

Requirements:

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
