Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, patient-focused, excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and collaborative team members. Your typical duties will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival, including registering new patients and explaining the visit process.
  • Coordinating patient appointments both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintaining regular communication with various stakeholders, including legal representatives, insurance providers, and internal teams.
  • Handling patient payments, securing insurance approvals, and verifying coverage.
  • Providing patients with essential information regarding their upcoming appointments during checkout.
  • Addressing inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout the workday.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for typing and data entry tasks.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs safely and carry office supplies weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Visual acuity necessary for maintaining accurate records and recognizing individuals.
  • Effective communication skills to understand and provide directions.
