Job Overview:
The IT Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for business partners of ETP.

In this capacity, the Specialist manages incoming calls, processes emails and web tickets, and meticulously tracks all information within the ITSM tool.

Responsibilities encompass software, hardware, network, telecommunication systems, and fundamental desktop support issues.

In this role, our specialists are tasked with diagnosing issues, escalating when necessary, troubleshooting, and ultimately resolving problems either independently or through collaboration with the broader ETP team.

This position may also involve installing software, updates, and upgrades on computers, workstations, and networks. Specialists are expected to foster relationships with our business and third-party community, ensuring interactions reflect the quality, care, and empathy aligned with ETP and SGWS Values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide timely and accurate updates to work tickets, incidents, and outages
- Develop proficiency in ITIL service management practices tailored to SGWS standards
- Acquire expertise in relevant applications and platforms supported (e.g., functionality, data, reporting, administration, etc.)
- Receive, ticket, and route end-user support inquiries
- Complete issue resolution and document all support outcomes, including resolutions and notes
- Contribute to the updating of service policies and procedures as needed
- Assist with testing and debugging of commercial and custom systems (new releases, features, etc.)
- Communicate status updates on issues to users (verbally or digitally)
- Maintain awareness of the SGWS system environment to ensure optimal service and support
- Support and enhance the knowledge base with current standards and resolution procedures

Required Skills and Experience:
