  • Facilitating room sales for walk-in guests based on availability and ensuring compliance with pricing standards.
  • Training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and participating in safety training.
  • Upholding company policies and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Providing exceptional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any requests.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with team members and adhering to quality standards.
  • Performing physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • No specific licenses or certifications required.
