Leading the Way to Early Childhood Success: A Kindergarten Launch Program

At Palo Alto Unified School District, we are seeking an exceptional certificated teacher to spearhead our innovative Kindergarten Launch Program. This program is designed for children who have not had a high-quality preschool experience and will be attending kindergarten in the upcoming year. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create a nurturing environment that fosters academic growth and social-emotional learning.
The successful candidate will work with students daily from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to their diverse needs. As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering curriculum that aligns with PAUSD's educational standards
- Building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive community
