About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team in Palo Alto. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for formulating technical solutions and executing Subscription and Licensing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align resources with strategy and priorities.
- Develop and recommend solutions to business objectives.
- Lead implementation of Subscriptions and Licensing infrastructure.
- Manage an outsourced development team.
- Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews.
- Develop and report on metrics for initiatives.

Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading developers at various levels.
- Experience managing remote teams.
- 5+ years of experience with eCommerce solutions.
- Knowledge of Magento or similar platforms.
- Payment Gateway integration expertise.
- Strong Java/PHP skills.
- JavaScript skills.
- Angular/React experience beneficial.
- API security expertise.
- Data flow orchestration skills.
- Regression testing background.
What We Offer
This role offers a competitive salary, $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
