Administrative Support Specialist

At BRC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our Program Director, Office Manager, Medical staff, and clinical staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client files, assisting with data base clean-up, and answering phones as needed. Additionally, they will monitor and report on client interactions from the lobby reception post and maintain the clinical/medical department client waiting list. The ideal candidate will have several years of office systems experience, good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer databases and MS Office software. Bilingual (Spanish/English/Polish) is preferred.

HOURS:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9AM-5:30PM

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Several years of office systems experience. Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Must also be proficient in computer databases and MS Office software. Bilingual (Spanish/English/Polish) preferred.
