Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop and mobile device support for clients and executive administration
  • Work with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows servers
  • Perform software installation and support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and technology training for clients
  • Assist with complex troubleshooting and repair activities
  • Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment
  • Review and monitor ticket queues for reporting to clients and operations management
  • Imaging PCs with the correct software for departments
  • Active Directory administration
  • Adhere to client corporate policies, procedures, and required training
  • Manage day-to-day activities associated with assigned tickets
  • Maintain an asset database and inventory of IT equipment
  • Issue escalation and resolution
  • Internal organizational communication and updates
  • Interaction with relevant project managers on new IT projects
  • Participate in and prioritize activities to minimize impact on business
  • Manage special projects as assigned
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of satisfactory full-time experience in local area network and/or wide area network planning, design, configuration, installation, implementation, troubleshooting, integration, performance monitoring, maintenance, enhancement, and security management. Alternatively, the candidate may have a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of satisfactory full-time information technology experience, with at least two years of experience in local area network and/or wide area network planning, design, configuration, installation, implementation, troubleshooting, integration, performance monitoring, maintenance, enhancement, and security management.
